Roadkill Dodge Ram

Hey, y'all.

This is a project I've been wanting to do for some time, and thanks to Rodney (Zukiholic) I can now start on it. It's a Dodge Ram P/U that was driven in an episode of Criminal Minds. The grill will be scratch built. I may also have to modify the hood a little bit. Here is a teaser pic of the truck I will be replicating. And yes Rodney, it will have Oregon plates.

A lot of people hated that grill and I always loved it. My 2nd favorite of that body style only to the 73 Power Wagon. Cool topic.

Hey, y'all.

I got a coat of flat black primer on the truck. Here are some teaser shots of the truck on it's rolling chassis. A special thank you goes to Zukiholic for the parts needed to do this build. Just for fun, I thought I'd take pictures of the truck with the power budge hood that Rodney also sent. Enjoy, guys.

Keep the hood on and use a wire mesh or something like it to fill the holes.

Hows the Monogram grill fit on it?

I have not gotten the grill and bumper yet, Rodney. The flat black is just the primer. It will have a gloss black top coat.

Here's as far as I have gotten on the grill. It needs a little more fine tuning.
