Hey guys, a little more progress! Added the patch panel to the passenger side inner fender, so I'm ready now to re-skin the inner fenders and get the engine compartment finished up. I think I'll continue working on the body next with filling in some body seems, marker lights, shaving all the trim, etc. The frame needs quite a bit of surgery also, so that will be getting some attention at the same time. LOTS of sanding to do on the underside for it to sit as low as I want it. Also, master for the front wheel insert is ready to be put in rubber and resin cast. So I'll be doing that shortly as well. For now just a couple more mock up's. Do I smell primer coming soon?

Well, an update is an update no? The body is in the "ugly" stages now .. all the trim has been removed and I'm filling panel lines, marker lights, etc. I also have a small repair around the window area on the pass. side where I went a little nutty with the filing

Plus, started work on scratch building the cylinder heads from styrene stock. Much more to do on these in the coming days and when finished they will be cast in resin and made available in a conversion kit with the Cosworth covers.

I'll be mocking up the engine as best as I can to ensure the turbo's and everything else fit in the engine compartment and determine modifications to the hood. Stay tuned.

Sorry about the delay on the wheels also, I have a bunch of rubber to pour and I've been waiting to do it all at once

Hey Mike, saw this post before and didn't know who it was until I started looking around for "shucky". Great build, I myself am a ford guy so I will be watching this very closely. (Yes the rims I recieved are for a Ford also.)
