Hello again, here is a lil back story on this kit. When I was about 12 or13 I had the owner of the lhs order this kit for me, well she sold it to someone else. I was so mad, I have never forgotten about it. Well I finaly got it off of e-bay, it wasent compleatly all their but most of it was, it is my holy grail, the one that got away! and now I have it. I was smileing the whole time I was working on it, it is by far the best custom/hotrod of all time.

I have one I built a few years back,I even have the skeleton from the first one I built in 72. That by the way is my favorite box art, the one with the spooky house in the back ground.

I still by magazines that have a shot of the Coffin that I have not seen. Not so sure about the restoration done on the 1-1, the roof doesnt look right.

I remember building models back in the early sixties but for some reason the only model I remember is the AMT 1940 Ford which I built several.

But, thanks to you posting this, I now remember another one.

Now if I could just remember what happened to them.

Somehow I ended up with 2 of those kits in my stash. I think I got the second one off eBay when I had a senior moment and forgot that I already had one!
