dragin70s Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Just wondered if anyone had any "do use" or "don't use" info concerning primers under Black Gold paint. I have the Molly Orange for a McEwen car and was hoping to avoid any non-compatible pairing of primer and paint. Thanks for any help and info. Rob

Steve Keck Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Plasti-Kote sandable primer works for me.
bigmikevee Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Hey gang, Good question, and good answers, but I have a further question. What is the plasticote primer now called? Is it the Valspar stuff? I just cannot find plasticote name anywhere, what else should we be looking for? Thanks. Mike
