Hello, my name is Nick and I have been building models for a long time now. I have been wanting to get involved in a forum for a while now and I think this one has the people with some of the same passions I share. I have been building drag car replicas for a while now for local racers near my home in Florida. I have been very lucky and have been able to earn an income while doing something I really love. I don't claim to be the best builder in the world by any means am and always wanting to learn more. Sometimes I think my customers are not concerned with the model being the best model ever constructed they are just so happy to see a copy of their car. I wanted to share some of my work with you guys to see what you think. I cant wait to learn from all of you it seems like some of you have some great projects rolling out. Thank you so much for your quick response. I really really appreciate your kind words. I don't really get to show my work to many people in the hobby as most of the people that see my work ordered it and almost always say they love it. But its nice to know someone who knows how much work it takes to build these things says it looks nice. Thank very much. It means a lot.

Welcome to the board, Nick! Your Mustang looks very nice, I don't like new cars usually but this one is cool! Awesome details on the engine and painjob looks very nice too! That chassis is looking very nice also. You are very good model builder, I think. For the next model, you would buy aftermarket plug wires, they give your model still better look, but those are very good too! Have nothing to complain.

The mustang looks good, like the color. I see you are from Holiday, use to live in Hudson(for 34 yrs), moved here to Tucson in Feb 2007, get away from the hurricanes & humidty. I think you will like the site, very informative, lots of know-how on this site. Welcome!

I want to thank everyone for welcoming me to the site. Everyone has something nice to say and it means a lot. I cant tell you how nice it is to hear good things about my work. I am getting ready to post another project I started recently a 70 twin turbo duster. Its just getting started to Ill try to start another thread showing my progress along the way.
