I'm going to second the Scale Dreams (http://www.scaledreams.com/index.htm) recommendation. They don't appear to carry Ambroid, but what they do carry, they ship toot-sweet!

I think Scale Dreams may carry Tenax, which I use myself. I'm lucky to have a pretty well stocked hobby store close to me, anything I need in a hurry is 10 minutes away.
