Actually there is a guy who is working on a 300 series rear tire.

He goes by Steamboy here

I saw a thread somewhere and he posted a couple pictures of a rear tire he has been working on. From what I remember he is going to have it set up where the builder can cut the wheel center out of the Revell Chopper kits and glue it into the resin wheel and tire. I cannot recall when he said he would have it ready but from what I saw it looks like it is going to be quite nice.

Hopefully he will chime in

I will chime in. I machined the wheel rim and tire for Steamboy aka Clint W. He is going to carve the tread in it and then we are considering casting them if there is enough interest. It scales to 300 mm wide measured at the sidewall.

Hey guys-

I am starting to pay some attention to this again. The boy is BIG right at an inch wide. My frame measures less than an inch i.d. which means more mods to make it fit. But thats the look I wanted.

Thats too cool! Well I will and am a potential buyer on those wheels/tires since I am hooked on those Revell Choppers I think I have 4 of each kit and just the other day picked up 3 more... So put me down for some PHAT tires/wheels!

I'd be in for a few as well. And I know of at least 3 other modelers not on this board that would love some of those.

Oh please, please, please!!! :(

Clint and I are working on it. It will be a conversion including the tire, outer rims to widen the Revell wheels, a fender, extensions to move the drivetrain out, and widened frame halves. It will be a turn key set-up to put some "FAT" in the back of your bike. It will probably be a few weeks yet. We will announce when they are ready. Thanks to all of you for your interest. :D
