AMT Kmart Lola T-8800 Indy Car

I'm building this car at the request of my son, who recently built his own version. He's 11 and did a great job with a tough kit, which I am learning all too well as I work with this one. I've completed a bit more since these pics were taken, but our camera has since broken, so I'm not sure when I can post the latest!

I think its great that you are sharing model work with your son, That's what I call being a real father . I have seen your son's build of the car and I think that he did an excellent job. Sharing your times together like this will be a life time of great memories, enjoy them while they last .

Thanks, David. I really am enjoying sharing this with him. When I was young, I loved it, and I think the bug is biting him now too.
