mackinac359 Posted November 2, 2010 Posted November 2, 2010 Headache Rack is a slang term for the cab guard mounted behind the cab or sleeper. In the event a load on a flatbed shifts forward, the cab guard is supposed to stop the cargo - thus preventing a headache. Tim Whats a headache rack? I know quite a bit about trucks [not near as much as you guys] but I have never heard of one of those.
