Elegance of Speed Memorabilia and Collectible show

The PACM (aka the Philly Boyz) were asked to help out at the Simeone Museum last week, The Museum asked us to come down and put on a display for their 2 day collectibles show. We were ably assisted by members of Jersey Shore, MAMAs, and Silent traffic. We had a wonderful time. We all love being at the museum. Here are some pics, and a like to my photos from the museum (There are a boaat load of them)

Most of the cars are displayed in life size dioramas.

As great as this place is, (and it is fantastic), we all got a special treat on Sat. We all got to meet Can-Am Legend and Auto World owner Oscar Koveleski. He is a true character. His mind is going a hundred miles an hour in four different directions. (Before I forget, he said to tell Gregg HELLO!!)

The plans are already in the works for next year. We are talking to the museum about holding a model contest next year during the event.

It was a truly great day, display, build, take massive amounts of pictures, learn and meet great people. I am looking forward to the next one.

While we did not get a chance to talk with Harry, the museum director, on Sat. We did hear from other workers that next years show may be on the 4th Sat in October next year.
