Conspicuity Tape/decals

I'm looking to add some more detail to my trucks and trailers. I wanted to know which brand or brands of decal/tape look the best and are some easier to install than others. For those that aren't sure what I'm refering to, it is the red and white reflector tape on the sides and back of trailers.

Good question! I'd like to know as well. I want to do a couple of my new trailers with that Red and White reflective tape but haven't seen to much of it around. I have seen one guy on eBAy selling it I think for around 10 bucks + s/h. If I find the auction, I'll post a pic.

Try Spaulding Trading and Shipping, or as it is better known as STS. It comes in a sheet about the size of a bumper sticker and you can cut it into whatever size strip you want. It's red printed on a silver background and it is very sharp and clear looking, and quite realistic.

I use the sheets from STS. You can cut it to any width, length.

I've seen the tape on STS's web site. Is it a water slide decal or a sticker?

Line O Tape carries red/white reflective tape. There part number is 201. This is reflective also like the 1:1 stuff. It is self adheasive and a scale 2" wide. One role is enough to do a few models. I found mine at a lhs.

I believe the one I have came from STS. It's a sticker, but looks good when applied. can cut to shape.
