RTK434 Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Here's a few pictures of my 68 Dart built from the latest Revell kit. I added some frame connectors, modified the kit exhaust and used the seats, carbs and wheels from the thunderbolt kit. Thanks for looking.
geckoman1220 Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 that shade of blue goes extremely well with that black hood. i like it alot.
Space Cowboy Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Man that Dart looks great and the detail on the Hemi is super..
Gary Davis Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 That really is a very clean build Jeff..(as usual) I also like that color of blue. Sure goes good with that body style..
RTK434 Posted November 24, 2010 Author Posted November 24, 2010 Thanks for the comments everyone. I'm really happy with how this one turned out. I'm going to put a wash on the wheels yet since they look kind of blah in the pictures. I'll post a new picture up afterwards. I think it will make a nice improvement.
Flatearthman Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 thats one sweet car, nice work what kit# is it?
superdog Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 I had a buddy in upstate NY with the exact same car ,color and all,but he ran 10"slicks on the back and it was originally a 383 car but he put a 440 in it ,he drove it on the street and it was the baddest thing I have ever ridden in ,even compared to my 69 roadrunner that was tubbed and caged w/440 and 4 speed,I'm telling you it was downright scary! your model is a well crafted little piece of art and history ,excellent job on building this bad ride,I can't even begin to imagine a dart with a friggin Hemi, great work look forward to more.....Todd
