TheCat Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 This is my Dad's 64 Ford Galaxie. How it looked like after the accident. The original color was black on black. After the accident, he decided to paint it Metallic Green with a white top. Interior was still black. Click on this link to see how the car looked like before the accident. Chuck Most Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Love the '64 Fords. The kit is kind of simple, but always looks good when its done up right. Really dig the color on this one.
jbwelda Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 thats an excellent build and the paint and the trim work especially is spectacular! so i dont want to take anything away from that. but is it just the photo or is it kind of leaning low on the right rear corner? the funny part is, it seems to me every Galaxie of that era that ive seen driving down the road had that same lean! so maybe its on purpose? excellent job by the way, and your dad must have really loved the 1:1 to have it rebuilt after a wreck.
davyou5 Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 Ah, An Excellent and Beautiful Build! And Very Inspiring .
cobra98 Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 SWEET!!! Great looking Galaxie, color combo is very nice
Guest Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 Another beautiful build. My only beef, looks like you missed a mold mark an the top of the left rear fender. Otherwise, awesome job.
