I don't believe anyone here uses plaster. Maybe you mean PLASTIC? Sheets and different shapes can be had most readily at a Hobby shop under the name Evergreen & Plastruct. If so, most of the guys here will tell you to buy two-part putty that should be blended together, since the one-part tends to shrink over time.
