Mercman Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 This is one I recently did for a customer. Paint is Barrier Blue Ditzler Acrylic Ureathane.
Mercman Posted February 10, 2011 Author Posted February 10, 2011 Thanks Mark it was a fun build. Also this was vintage plastic, as it was a original kit. My next project is a repaint of a Divco milk truck. Going from the top one to look like the bottom one, only not as aged.
charlie8575 Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 That looks really nice in the Barrier Blue; it's a pretty color to start with. Next '66 GTO I do may be that color. Charlie Larkin
Lunajammer Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 (edited) I love it Junior. I've been dancing around doing the Cass Clay truck too but not with a diecast. Biggest hangup is I couldn't for the life of me find any reference photos. Edited February 14, 2011 by Lunajammer

imatt88 Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Junior, Sweet job! What kit did you use? Hasegawa with the roof cut off, or resin?
Mercman Posted February 15, 2011 Author Posted February 15, 2011 Junior, Sweet job! What kit did you use? Hasegawa with the roof cut off, or resin? Vintage AMT 66 annual kit. Client got it off of E-bay. The old screw type chassis.
