bbowser Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 (edited) Ricky Craven from Maine had the Dupont sponsorship for a time in the BGN series before they moved up to Cup with the 24 car. The Oldcoyote has inspired me to learn how to upload pics and share some of my 'older' attempts from 20 years ago. Edited February 25, 2011 by bbowser

bbowser Posted December 28, 2011 Author Posted December 28, 2011 Here is another Dupont Paint Job. Nice, Mark! I don't remember ever seeing the purple car. And I love the Tommy Ellis car! Ricky Craven used to race occasionally up here at 'Thunder Road' in the '80's (1/4 mile bullring in Barre, VT co-owned by Ken Squier). He and Randy Lajoie, as well as Chuck Bown were some of the guys we used to watch on Thursday nights that moved up the ladder.
MarkWelby Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 I saw Ricky move up the ranks in the Busch North Series in the early 90's. I was always at the races at NHIS. I got to meet him a few times and just a real nice guy.
