I knew I had a Fujimi Ferrari 288 GTO but for the longest time couldn't find it. Today it jumped out at me and said "here I am" I was almost to the point of buying a new one!

Yeah I stumbled across a Parts Pack Allison V-12. Then I gave it to Blake Rogers because I have no use for it. I also found a bunch of those Blueprinter Parts Pack car engines that were reissued in the '90s.

Oh yeah! I also found my Revell Germany Vincent Black Shadow. I thought I sold that thing.

Yea! I just realized where I had placed my Accurate Miniatures Grand Sport Vette and Tamiya Beetle while chatting with some modelers at work. I was going nuts taking inventory and I knew I hadn't traded or sold them!

I'm not sure if I had one I knew I had but couldn't find, or at least right now none comes to mind, but I have had a few I forgot I had and them relized I had two or three of them. I'm still trying to figure out why I felt I needed two of the 98 Corvette Indy Pace cars, but I was surprised to find I liked it so much I had to have two. The best and most memorable case of CRS kicking in was at Christmas a couple years back, my mother in law had gotten me an AMT 2000something Chrysler 300C, and I opened it up Christmas morning, gave it the quick look through and scan of the instructions I usually give my new kits. A few days later, I went to the workbench and wanted to work on something, so I figured I'd give the 300 a better going through. Imagine my surprize when I opened the box and found a PAINTED BODY in the box! :):lol: My first thought was "I need more models like this that will paint themselves!" and then I was pondering how exactly I had painted it and not remembered until I noticed the one I just received for Christmas a few shelves away.

I have several kits still packed away from my move half way across the country. One of these days it'll be like Christmas in July!
