mikemodeler Posted March 22, 2011 Posted March 22, 2011 Nice job on that Bonnie Rob, glad to see you back building models and nice ones at that! Can't wait to see what else you have in store. Are you still painting firetrucks at Pierce?
novadose71 Posted March 22, 2011 Author Posted March 22, 2011 Thanks again for the good words guys, gives me warm fuzzies Nice job on that Bonnie Rob, glad to see you back building models and nice ones at that! Can't wait to see what else you have in store. Are you still painting firetrucks at Pierce? Neverevernever will I ever stop building, don't think I could if I tried:) I just stopped posting after my computer died, then bought a house, and also family, work work work, 1:1 hobbies, etc blah blah blah. Lurked and started posting over at Spotlight for little while and decided to come back here. Lot's of new (and old) "faces" and stuff to look at, and I have quite a bit more to post now too. And yep, still painting @ Pierce 6 days a week.
FordRodnKustom Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Superb detail and execution. Very well done!
FASTBACK340 Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 ######.... you can build a nice model! These Bonneville's your posting are beautiful!
sak Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 That is completely badass !!!! What color is the top? Looks similar to a can of krylon antique white that is almost empty and I cannot find it anywhere. Would that be suitable for that off-white leather interior color ?
novadose71 Posted March 24, 2011 Author Posted March 24, 2011 That's funny, the white was the last of a can I had lying around too, but it was a can of Dupli-color Lacquer. It is a bit of an off white but doesn't look it unless it is next a bright white.
moparfarmer Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Very nice clean build. You did a good job on the window repair and your foiling is flawless. Very well done and clean. Forgot to mention the paint. Smoooooooth...
