Revell Paint colors

I just bought the new RoG Mercedes W01 F1 kit, the kit lists the Revell paint coodes.I would like to match some of the colors. Does anyone know if these are available here in the states or if their color numbers can convert over to another paint manufacturer, (Tamiya,Testors,etc...)

Thanks Roadhawg, the conversion chart is what I was looking for. The second one is also helpful that is the federal standard for colors.
