I like it. I can't tell, is it black or green? Whatever color it is, it's nice. Is that the kit's Caterpiller 3406 under the hood?

Nice job, it looks like you got one of the few with good tires, too! B)

Looks very nice, but if it were me I'd snap off the side steps and put some BMF on the frame tab that holds them in place...it helps hide one of the few obvious snap-tite mounting points on these kits

Thanks Mark! I'm not gonna worry too much about the tab, this was just something I wanted to put together.

I painted it Dupli-color deep jewel green #T282. That is the Cat engine that came with the kit. I don't have the correct color for it, so I just painted it orange.B) Thanks for the compliment James!

Thanks Matthew! Actually, the tires were junk.B) I had to super glue them to the wheels to get them to look halfway decent...

Looks good.

Tim

Thanks Tim! Not the best kit I've ever built, but I bought a bunch of kits from a friend and this was one of them. After I opened it and looked it over, I realized it was a snap together. I was thinking of taking the Cat out and using it on the Volvo 770 kit since it doesn't include an engine.

Good looking rig! I especially like the body color for the fuel tanks, kinda tames down the chrome just enough to say

classy, but hard working. Nice smooth paint work, love that green (the orange "CAT" looks sharp in contrast).

Thanks Mike! I like seeing less chrome on trucks. The orange paint on the engine wasn't what I really wanted, but since I didn't have Caterpillar yellow, I thought that it would be better than sunny yellow...B)

Looks good to me Marshall....Ive built many of the Snap fast plus kit AMT had out, with a little extra work they build nicely.

Thanks Mark!!! It's good to you're still around! This was a Revell kit that didn't state that it was a snap together... I found out after I test fit some parts. Strange but true...:P

Hope everything is good for you and yours buddy, and may your models all be perfect!:D

I just spent nearly a month on one, and yours came out better.

Thanks Douglas! It really isn't perfect... I spent most of that time on the paint, and for once got lucky. I appreciate the compliment!

If I could build like that in just a week. That's a awesome build.

Thank you very much Robert!!! As I said though, I was lucky it came out as well as it did.

Marshall,

Great build !! Really came out nice and I cant believe the short build time !! Just has the

right look !!

Rick

Thanks Rick! It was really easy to build though... I'm trying to catch up on building and other projects that need finishing. I got kinda burnt out with models for awhile. Thanks again, I really do appreciate the feedback!!!:)
