Tire/Wheel Search

I've got this picture of a '59 El Camino mild custom that I hope to model. It was the December picture on a Rod and Custom Calendar from maybe 2009. The 1:1 had what appears to be reversed black rims with baby moons on a lower, wider tire with wide whites. I'm looking for suggetions where I might find such a combination. Ideas?? Thanks.
