Iron Fist Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Ya, I think the all the colors have me overwhelmed, again build quality is outstanding.
John Teresi Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Doctor.....I can see this build........at the top of the list of winners for the contest..........VERY VERY cool man.
Chris C Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Awesome! How long does a paintjob like that take?? Think the wheels are from the California Wheels 57 Chev, if memory serves? (which it usually doesn't!)
Dr. Cranky Posted March 29, 2011 Author Posted March 29, 2011 Chris, YES! That's it. I just realized that I have the kit here without the wheels so I must have robbed my own kit for those wheels. There you go. A paint job like this takes me about three days. One for prepping and priming, one for paint and graphics, and one for clear coating. The sanding and buffing happens a few days later when I will usually do several bodies at a time. Thanks.
Skydime Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 (edited) This is absolutely incredible! Edited March 29, 2011 by Skydime
Danno Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Ahhhh, channelling the spirit of Hollywood Jim! That's an interesting ride. Seems way too perky for ole Harry, but okay, we can go with it. Nice build, V!
