I googled "decanting spray paint", and got back over 42000 results.

Zoom Zoom Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Nowadays I'm even lazier w/decanting; I wear disposable gloves and hold the straw up next to the nozzle and spray into the cup. Very little mess, if any, and I shoot in the spray booth itself on newspaper. If I decant more than I need, I save it in a glass jar for the next time (clear, semigloss and flat black I use all the time, so I save what is left if any).
Evil Appetite Posted July 20, 2011 Posted July 20, 2011 I use a drilled out nozzle. I have 2 set up and ready to go. 1 using a Testors nozzle, and the other a Tamiya nozzle. I drilled out the hole on the nozzle, stuck a length of small diameter brass tubing in there and sealed it with 5 minute epoxy. I bent the tube at a downward angle an inch or so away from the end and that's it. Works great. When i'm done, i run afew drops of thinner through it to clean it all up.
