Looking for something about .040"-.050" across. I don't want to pay for metal. I'll need 100 minimum.

Where can I find something like that?

also al's resin (sorry i am spacing on actual name of the firm...Ma's Resin maybe?) sells these cool sheets of bolt heads, stud heads and all kinds of hardware in resin for very nice price. i use them for 1/8 mostly but there are many that are small enough for 1/24 work.

You could also get some evergreen hex rod and make your own from that.

Not consistent enough. There will be 92 of them very close together. I don't want any lop-sided bolt heads or differences in height.

I was going to recommend Scale Hardware as well since they sell various sized for about $10.00 to $13.00 for a pack of 25. I recently ordered a good size order for my 1/16 scale funny car build and am real happy with their product. But not sure who to recommend for plastic bolt heads.

Thanks Bill. $2 gets you 208 resin bolts/nuts/studs.

Shipping is $2 for up to 8 sheets. :)

Wow. Lots of good advice. I may have to try a couple of different sources.

Thank you.
