bn7149 Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Does anyone happen to know if a plastic model is produced of a newer style 05-07 Ford E250? I'm trying to find one to model a service van but I cannot find a suitable starting point. Any scale is fine. -Ryan
SpreadAxle Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 I don't know who's making more modern day kits of vans unless you don't mind HO scale. I would check Walthers, because model railroaders get the newest, latest and greatest of everything. Other than that, I don't know.
Aaronw Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 The only modern Ford E250 I know of is a diecast. Johnny Lightning made a nice 1/25 Coke van. Only plastic kits of Ford vans I know of are of the 80's style and all are long out of production.
455 Rocket Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 3000toys.com has them for sale ($29.95). It includes a 1/43 scale IH 4300 delivery truck though. I have seen the Fords on e-bay, but I don't recall what they went for. FYI 3000 toys says the Ford's been discontinued.
Guest zebm1 Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 There is a Johnny Lightning 1/24th scale 2004 E250 Ford "Coca Cola" van at this website for $18.99......they say they have it in stock. http://www.akhobby.com/pd_2004.cfm kinda looks like Johnny Lightning might be tha way to go. zeb
