mackinac359 Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 I have wanted to build this truck for a while, or one of its siblings for Autore Oil of Cedarville, Michigan. The Peterbilt part of the equation is no problem - the pin stripes and graphics are the problem - until I bought the large decal sheets from Kit Form Services! KFS Decals The stripes are easy to use, they don't break into a million bits while working on them. Here's the cab and hood painted. Here's the cab after striping. Now comes the graphics - thanks to Charlie Rowley's exquisite talent the Autore Project is taking shape beautifully. Thanks for looking! Tim
cowboysevens Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 that looks great so far tim , i really like those style of strips with the lil curly cue things. thanks for the info on them

BigBad Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Alright! I was wondering when you were going to continue on this one. It's going to be a looker for sure. I didn't know stripes this thin could be manipulated! I always check up on your projects. This tanker is one heck of a nice truck. Just keep us posted as you always do!
