A little googling revealed the movie van was supposedly repurposed into an actual ambulance after filming. The AC didn't work with the Hollywood custom grill so the front end was put back to stock.

I found this post by accident after googling pics of said vehicle and if there's anyone that's interested there's a guy in an auction group on FB that has a sheet aftermarket decals posted for the amubulance..
