Rom... Nice work on the plumbing of the injector hat. I know how much work that can be. I remember when I bent all of the lines on my 1/16 FED build I have going on. Lots of time patience and extra wire... . I do want to ask what the material is that you used for the webbing on the seat belts, It looks great. and where did you pick it up at. I have picked up some medical bandage tape but seems that I can't find the right one with the right pattern...lol. Nice work... Keep Rockin' B)

It's Johnson & Johnson medical tape you can get it at any drug store, I used it to make the blower blanket and the racing harness. And I used a red sharpie to color it. the Sharpie acts as a dye and doesn't hide the cloth details. Here a picture of it.

Thanks Buddy, I had picked some up but just didn't look right. I will have to search for that brand and guess I need to pick up some different colored sharpies now too...

Romell - I suddenly have this urge for both vanilla soft serve ice cream & a margherita.

Can you explain the 'goo' inside the blower & the 'salt' on the rim?

Mike that goo is actually the drilled out resin and the so called salt is dust from drilling LOL!

Romell.... Nice work on the Floor Pans... It looks great. What thickness of aluminum did you use for it. I need to make some side pieces for my Funny Car and debating on what I am going to use. Also got a pic of it from the other direction looking.

Thanks Romell... I need to look into it. Ok so I am full of questions....lol hope you don't mine. On the injector hat what size line and fittings are those and is the line aluminum or stainless rod by chance? I have been thinking about what I am going to use on my funny car and I keep going back and forth on ordering some safety wire or if I can find aluminum wire. I know micheals has some beating wire but I can't remember the type of material that is is.

No I dont mind at all Chris the line I used for the injector hat is actually Aluminum wire I got out of a kit to hang picture frames, you can get it from Home Depot and the fitting s are .054 HEX from RB Motion

The floor looks good Rom (what's new! :D ),are you gonna leave it the way it is or paint it blue with the rest of the car? (either way it'll look great I'm sure!)

Romell... Those tires are looking good my friend. did you mount them up to a drill to sand them?? I did mine by hand but figured there has got to be an easeir way  and were these flashpoint tires?? I found out last night that the rims I have are a little short in width for the flashpoint funny car tires I have. I am going to have to talk to Jim at Micro Nitro to see if he can make the same rims I got from him but a little wider...LOL I will take some pics and have to post them to show you. Felt like I hit a little bit of a stopping point on my build... guess it was a little more bummed but it wasn't going to stop me at all B)

Chris I mounted the tires to my Mill and sanded them , and yes they are flashpoint tires. I got my rims from Jim too and yes they are a little short I asked him to make me some rear lips for the rims and gave him the measurements and he agreed to make them for me. just ask him to do the same for you im sure he wont have a problem with that. And thx for the compliment again buddy.
