sjordan2 Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 (edited) Here's a build journal of the Tamiya kit that may help overall, but isn't very helpful on door attachment. http://italianhorses.net/Gallery/Tamiya/TamSMSEnzo/enzo.htm As you can see from this photo, each door is attached at two points: 1 on the top front of the roof and the other just below the A pillar. If you look closely at these instructions for the FXX, you might get something of an idea. If you want opening doors, I'd just get a Tamiya kit that has them. Edited June 15, 2011 by sjordan2
helmsman Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 I attempted to build that Tamiya Enzo - it was so misformed & would not align - I put it back in the box, may be just a parts kit now.
sjordan2 Posted June 15, 2011 Posted June 15, 2011 Here's a very good comparative chart from Alex Kustov describing the various Enzo Ferrari kits and aftermarket parts including PE. I don't know if the Revell Uptown series has an Enzo (not mentioned in the list), but Alex says Revell's kit is outstanding but doesn't have opening doors. http://italianhorses.net/DB/F50-F430.htm#Enzo%20Ferrari
