I painted this puppy with HOK organic green over a gold basecoat; Pegasus wheels; interior flocked with buckets & console. Thanks to SOBpinstriping for the veneer used in the box. The Brembo disc brakes and bucket seats are from Crazy Scale Auto Parts.

Jim, love the color! Always have liked that shade of green. I had a 69 Super B in that color. Jim, you know i always enjoy your builds, an this one is no less than what i'd expect from your bench. But i think the headlights are too bold. They should lay back into the grille a little farther. OR better yet, just lose 'em an put the lights BEHIND the grille bars. These are just my opinions, an don't mean squat, caz it did come out real nice. (i'd still lose the lights though.B) )

The headlight buckets came from the parts bin and the grille itself is Evergreen flat pieces. I glued it all up and shot it with Alclad chrome. Somebody did a tutorial on making your own custom grille and I followed those directions.

For the taillights I just drilled a series of holes, opened them up and shaped with a file. The red lenses are actually clear acetate painted with 3 coats of Model Masters taillight red metallic and then covered with BMF. I use Micro Krystal Klear to glue them in from the backside.

I'm not too sure about the look of the headlights, George. I almost painted them Testor's green to match the engine & suspension, and my other thought was to put in a set of my (Crazy Scale Auto Parts) quad headlights. (Did you catch the subtle pitch for the resin casting I've been doing?)
