modeltruckmafia Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 This started life as a AMT Dodge Ram 1500 Snap kit. I added a modelhaus service bed and decals by Bill Bozo. The trailer is from the Model King race team. I scratchbuilt a center pull out draw for the helicopter rotor blades, and a winch to secure the load. The trailer also has wiring for the brake lights and hook up to the pickup. The helicopter is a Hughes 500 from hobbycraft (yes it is 1/24 scale).
