Ben Posted July 3, 2011 Posted July 3, 2011 Has anyone ever seen blank sidewall tires with the tread that represents a BF Goodrich TA Radial? I know if the Otaki and Imai sets but I'm looking for a set of four that are the same size and a little smaller than the rear tires in those sets.
Eric Stone Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 There are MPC/AMT BFG Radial T/As, but they have lettering on the sides. Plus the ones I have seem pretty small.
roadhawg Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 Only ones I know of are THESE. At 10 bucks for 4 tires, they seem kinda pricey.
FASTBACK340 Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 Time for a hi-jack..... What ever happened to those MT Drag radials a forum member was working on?

That's where I'm getting the tire decals from but none of their tires are wide enough. I am needing them to fit some custom machined aluminum wheels I had made. I currently have the vinyl Goodyear Eagle ZR35 tires from an AMT/ERTL pickup kit, on them and they have the perfect look but the car I'm replicating had BF Goodrich TA's on it.

All of those are copies of the vintage Monogram Goodyear GT Radial outline white letter tires with decals for whatever brand you want.

Maybe if You use 2 sets of his small Goodrich TA's You'll be good to go. You can find him here in the Forum. These are great quality, You will only have to deal with the sidewall letters. Here is his link: BF Goodrich TA's Good Luck.

Hey Mike, I appreciate the tip but those are actually copies of the Otaki/Imai BF Goodrich tires of which I already have.
