hemiman_1999 Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 We are wondering what people would think of say a single decal sheet that would do 2 1964 Comet Super Stock cars say perhaps a Dyno Don car and a Sox and Martin car both on the same sheet that would sell for 12.99.
High octane Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 How about a decal sheet that was never done before like Pete Gates "Gate Job" Comet?
hemiman_1999 Posted July 23, 2011 Author Posted July 23, 2011 Hi Nick how are you doing. If I remember right the "Gate Job was a 65 wasn't it. How about this say the "Harry Canary" 64 Comet with say Dyno Don and say Tom Masano Motors Comet with Ronnie Sox? How about a decal sheet that was never done before like Pete Gates "Gate Job" Comet?

hemiman_1999 Posted July 24, 2011 Author Posted July 24, 2011 (edited) Color me interested! I've already got the 5 hole wagon wheels and the SS 2 scoop hood from Reliable for the Dyno Don car!! Thanks, we already have the artwork done for some Comets we are just trying to figure out if we should pair several or do them as singles Edited July 24, 2011 by hemiman_1999
fastram Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 I would say double them up. Since the Comets of the 60s didn't have a lot of lettering on them, giving the customer a multiple choice of cars to build with one sheet would be great.
Steve Prideaux Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 Why not do decals for cars, that are not currently available form other vendors? I believe that the Sox cars and Nicholson car are available from Slixx. Steve Prideaux

Bruce, the "Gate Job" was a '66 Comet and there is a really nice article on it in the June 2011 issue of Muscle Car Review and the car is now owned by Greg & Kathy Mosley whom I've met a few times. They also own the Little Red Wagon, the Hawaiian, and of course the Chi-town Hustler.
