Gregg Posted April 20, 2007 Posted April 20, 2007 Guys, if you have an external link to an avatar (the icon/graphic by your name) you will have to download it and save it to your computer, and then go to your profile and add the avatar by uploading it. There is a size limit, 120 x 120 pixels This way, all the avatars will be the same size and won't mess up the layout of the board.
Deano Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 Stop touching my Levi's!!!!!!! Too Much Information!!
Gregg Posted April 21, 2007 Author Posted April 21, 2007 See, this forum is getting back to "NORMAL."
bob paeth Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I always thought the opinions were " in the eyes of the beer holder ". But then , again, I have been told that I am not too close to be considered normal either. bob
Ramaniac Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 When you submit an Avatar is it an instant type thing or do you have to wait for an aministrator to check the picture? I tried to put up an Avatar and it did not seem to work. Of course, I have never done this before.
Gregg Posted June 13, 2007 Author Posted June 13, 2007 It's instant, but if it doesn't show up in the avatar box It's probably too big. The max size is 120 x 120 pixels, which comes out to 1.6" x 1.6" at 72 dpi.
lordairgtar Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I don't know how to do any of that. I stooopid!
Gregg Posted June 27, 2007 Author Posted June 27, 2007 Send me what you want and I will set size for you

darquewanderer Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 That should be "how many Gregg's does it take to screw UP an avatar?" Yep. Looks like things are back to normal.
