super-liner donor kits?

hey guys i'm wanting to build a super-liner down the road but curious what kits can i use for donor chassis and such? i'm gonna go through AITM to get the conversion cab kit, so any and all ideas i'd greatly appreciate!!

Jonathan, Italeri actually has a 1:24 scale Superliner kit. You might want to start there. If you want to tweek it a bit, AITM or Kit Form Services have good part assortments.

I agree with Bob, go with the Italeri kit, then all you will need to find from the aftermarket is Mack emblems. The Italeri kit does not include the Mack scripts for the hood or the bulldog.

ok well that does make more sense get the kit and then make it the way i want, thanks bob and matt!! , i'm wantin to possibly make a scratch built pullin truck or heavy haul tractor but i want it to be day cab without a sleeper but thanks for the help guys!!

ok thanks anthony! i had seen the cruiseliner but i was unsure if i could use it, does anyone make the mack E9 motor at all? or does the cruiseliner come with something close?

The AITM Superliner resin cab is a accurate representation of a earlier model Superliner. The AMT Mack R or Cruiseliner kits would have all you would need to make a spot on accurate model of a Superliner. The Italeri American Superliner is not actually a Superliner. The cab, hood, fire wall, frame, just to name a few items are not Mack. With work many modelers have brought that kit to Mack standard. Check out this model on the Italeri web site.
