Steve, all my decals are done in microsoft publisher (because I have it and know how to use it, no other reasons).Printed on white decal paper sealed with the Testors Decal bonder(again because I have it ).Although even with the decal bonder the ink will rub off if handled (pretty much at all ) Nothing special going on here I'm afraid.
