crazyjim Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 Here's the problem. Fenders from a 1/12 bike kit were primed with Plasti-Kote grey T235. One side was then painted with HOK basecoat blue. The other side was done in HOK orion silver basecoat and then HOK candy apple red. I applied some very thin tape and then coated with Plasti-Kote white primer. The red bled through so I had a half pink fender. Do I need to apply a clear coat before the white?
Romell R Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 Hey Jim I think a clear coat might be your answer, or maybe even a coat of future.
