I believe he is talking about his Avatar pic. It happened to me when I was trying to switch mine. You will need to resize the pic. I had to do it with one I currently have. I kept resizing til I got it to fit

Chris , I had the same trouble, only it was a good year an a half ago. Generally I have to size my avatar pictures at 60 X 60 . Generally, that works on all forums . Ed Shaver

pic size doesn't matter it will shrink it automatically ... it's the "file size" that will stop it from taking.... mine is much bigger in size than the displayed avatar

If I'm not mistaken, the new avatar size is 200-pixels x 200-pixels. All other sizes and measures will take care of themselves.

Yep, 200x200. If you can make your avatar that size it will display with no problems.
