Wire size for 1/12 scale?

I'm trying to build a 1/12 scale bike and was wondering if someone could refresh me with the formula so I can use the correct size wire for ignition, battery, clutch, brake, etc.

Just divide the 1:1 wire size by 12 and that's what you need. So, a 3/8" diameter wire is .375/12 = .0313" diameter.

8mm plug leads would be 8/12mm = 0.7mm. That's pretty exactly telephone wire. Buy a telephone extension cord and you get 1/12 scale plug leads galore in several colours for 1.50$ or thereabouts.
