Jim, your idea sounds really good, I'll be watching your build really seriously. I need to get my Mercury back to the bench now, but I'm having bit hurry days to finish some models to the show.
W-409 Posted September 13, 2011 Author Posted September 13, 2011 Here is finally a picture of that battery cable. The job was pretty easy to do, and it looks way better like that. Thanks for the suggestion! Picture isn't the best one, camera had hard time taking one picture, even this good.

Now picture a teenage girl in "Daisy Duke" cutoffs and a tank top sitting with her legs over the side of the fender, leaning back on her arms, maybe with a can of beer sitting on the hood next to her and a few friends standing next to and in front of the car. That's my vision for my second CBP entry. (I have to check for a resin "Barefoot Girl and a few other figures... Jimmy Flintstone, maybe?)
