jeffs396 Posted November 18, 2011 Author Posted November 18, 2011 looks good jeff ..that got unimog axles under it?? Yep Gordon, but not the ones from the kit I got from you in trade... These were resin axles cast years ago from a friend that did offroad stuff exclusively. I will be using the set from your kit though for casting by Alan @ Ma's resin.
scale trucker Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 sweet let me know when that happens..

N~8~Ball Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Great work Jeff..This build is right up my alley!! I personally like the color selections you made. I think it would look awesome with some white military lettering/numbers on the body and possibly white stars on the doors. Im looking forward to seeing it completed,,Take care buddy Nate
wraith Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Thanks again for the positive comments everyone, much appreciated! I've gotten a bit done on this, just not enough to be pic worthy...yet! I don't belive that! lol! How about some pics of the chassis and the mounts for the springs and leafs? Like to see how you did it as a future project I have planned will be using the same kind of setup.

wraith Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Justin, you have a PM. I didn't want to clutter up Jeff's thread more than need be.
jedimastergary Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 Nice it looks great IO like the colors looks like something you would see out on a trail
Jon Cole Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 The truck looks awesome! Just the right satin sheen, and clear photography. As for graphics, consider just enough for the look, without the obvious white star. maybe just some serial numbers? Or, nothing at all. Looks great as is!
jeffs396 Posted July 31, 2013 Author Posted July 31, 2013 Funny how two weeks can turn into almost two years Finally finished this truck up in the last few days:
Tom Geiger Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Cool build! Don't feel bad, my '65 Chevy pickup build was on the bench over 10 years!
