n8dogginz Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 (edited) The murdered out stock wheels aren't agreeing with me, otherwise i think its stance and the fact that ive always wanted that car, in that shade(if not black) its hot! BTW love the swap for air intake VS lighting. Edited September 22, 2011 by n8dogginz
VW Dave Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 I agree, the stance is killer; the blacked-out stock wheels, I could take or leave 'em. The inboard light holes-turned intakes are pretty cool, although you'd really only need one for an inline motor...but the symmetry of two works for me.
Dr. Cranky Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 You are adding some nice vehicles to your collection.
surfjunke Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Very nice build. Really like the stance.
nybuilder Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Agreed I love the stance and the grill in place of the lights is a nice touch.
Dominik Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 The old Revell-kit? I had it long times before... The stance looks good so far and it must be on this old BMW. I wished, you could make brighter pictures to have a better look on your work. only the headlights i have to critism, because they do not fix properly.

I know the headlights are on there wrong I dont know what happened with them, I will try to fix them.
LAone Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 i dig the stance too. slammed and tucking fujimi kits are a pain when it comes to light lenses.
Wayne Buck Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 (edited) Yep, Dave's right about the wheels not being stockers. These cars came with the "bottlecap" style wheels. Very cool looking build, BTW. Color looks sweet as does the stance. I almost bought this kit a few times as I love these cars, but the "curbside factor" has stopped me. In fact, I own two e30's at the moment and also totaled a third one, BAD! (Lucky to be alive after that crash actually! My mouth blew the two center vents to smithereens and took a good size chunk out of the dashboard behind it. Knocked me out cold...) Edited September 23, 2011 by Wayne Buck
Tony T Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 I've got this one...almost done, but had to strip the dark blue paint off of it a while back...didn't work out...haven't figured out what to do about the body colour on mine...perhaps I won't go dark blue again! It would look like yours!
tiltawhirl Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 (edited) now thats a bmw!! i have a 87 m3 in real life but i would of left the left side head light in most e30 owners take out the right side head light is because the airbox is behind it and the wheels are stockers if you had a euro e30 Edited October 9, 2011 by tiltawhirl
