I doubt that it's freezing your computer; it's probably freezing your web browser software. And that's because you probably are using an old, outdated browser that can't handle the latest website technologies. You can use whichever browser you want. Personally I use Firefox. And yes, click on the link that says "Download" or "Download Now" or whatever. Then after it downloads to your computer, you have to actually install it into your computer's hard drive. Some will start the installation process automatically, with others you'll have to double click on the icon. Either way, once the installation process begins just follow the instructions. RickRollerLT1 Posted October 1, 2011 Share Posted October 1, 2011 (edited) I'm having a problem wit PB too, but it's mainly with the annoying HD ads they play that take up soooooooooooo much speed and processing power, that it makes my web browser and sometimes my pc crash!!!
