Chuck Most Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 Right off the bat- DR. CRANKY DID THE PAINT ON THE BODY, NOT ME. I did the chassis, interior, and engine bay, but I got the body already weathered about a year ago from the Doktor himself. Funny thing is- it's been almost a year, but I've probably only got about five days total work in completing it! Again, Cranky did the body- the chassis, engine, and gut are all me.
Dr. Cranky Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 FANTASTIC for a first collaboration! I tell you, if you and I were neighbors, Chuck, we'd rule the RUSTING world! HA! And get fat on Scrapple Sandwiches!
Alyn Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 What a crusty colaboration. Looks great inside and out. The seats look really nice.
Chuck Most Posted October 16, 2011 Author Posted October 16, 2011 The seats look really nice. You mean, relatively speaking, right?

Dr. Cranky Posted October 16, 2011 Posted October 16, 2011 Thank you. I think Chuck had a good time putting this one together. All I did was watch over his shoulder:
RodneyBad Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Chuck and Cranky, A Rusty Combo. Cool Beans to ya both.
Dan Rosenello Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Wow ! That looks good. I just finished a '48 Ford convertible , but .....I'm almost ashamed to say it......it's shiny.
Dr. Cranky Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 LOL, no shame in SHINY, but rust is a delicious proposition! HA!

Chuck Most Posted October 17, 2011 Author Posted October 17, 2011 Looks like fun trying to make it look scrappy! You have no idea....
Harry P. Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 I had no idea you two were working together! Fantastic job! You two make quite the modeling tag team! (I see a magazine feature here... the "Dynamic Duo"...)
Jantrix Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 (I see a magazine feature here... the "Dynamic Duo"...) Only if we get to see them dressed in the Adam West and Burt Ward costumes.
Harry P. Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 Only if we get to see them dressed in the Adam West and Burt Ward costumes. But of course! But then again... is the world ready for Cranky in Spandex???
Chuck Most Posted October 17, 2011 Author Posted October 17, 2011 Only if we get to see them dressed in the Adam West and Burt Ward costumes. I say "Not it" on donning Robin's hot pants....
Dr. Cranky Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 (edited) Yes, and we can publish the results comic book style, like this: (OH I REALLY LIKE THE IDEA!) Edited October 18, 2011 by Dr. Cranky
Harry P. Posted October 17, 2011 Posted October 17, 2011 I say "Not it" on donning Robin's hot pants.... Ok... then how do you feel about the Green Hornet and Cato? (or is that Kato?)
Chuck Most Posted October 17, 2011 Author Posted October 17, 2011 Ok... then how do you feel about the Green Hornet and Cato? (or is that Kato?) I'll be Seth Rogan.
Chuck Most Posted October 18, 2011 Author Posted October 18, 2011 And there's still the matter of this one (about all I've done is glue the hood on and foil the trim)...
Jantrix Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 And there's still the matter of this one (about all I've done is glue the hood on and foil the trim)... Glue the hood on? Blasphemy!
Dr. Cranky Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 Glue the hood? I guess you are going with a curbside rusty jewel. All right . . .
