Resin 70's Dodge pickup 8 ft box

Are these pickup beds straight copies of the MPC bed last seen in the "Ram Tuff" monster truck? Are the tail lights and the tailgate included?

I remember buying a 1972 & 1973 MPC Dodge Pickups with 8' Beds . Sweepside on the both . The '72 I painted factory two tone greens . The '73 I painted two tones of purple . Not sure this one was factory color . Thanx ..
