Tired of kit bashing Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 The kit is by Ron of RMR or Race Motor Replicas and I had decals made by Joe of diecastanddecals.com
mikemodeler Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 Is that 1/25 scale or smaller? The detail looks great and if that is the way it comes, then that is some spectacular & clean casting. Now the hard part........How much? Mike Scheve
Steven Zimmerman Posted May 11, 2007 Posted May 11, 2007 Yes,its 1/25 scale, and it runs about $90.00 And it has a LOTTA parts. I pack those for Ron,the first one took me a half hour of arranging parts to get them all in one box! Steven Zimmerman, aka the'Z'man
Tired of kit bashing Posted May 26, 2007 Author Posted May 26, 2007 This is becoming a fun build , change is good..........................Rob
6-handicap Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 I have one of these from Ron. Great kit. It is identical to the excavator that comes with the New Ray Peterbilt/excavator 1/32 kit. I have that one as well. Reason for this reply is because I got my decals from Bossen Implements. They have a great selection for many brands.
freakshow12 Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 What make of machine is it? I run these for a living ?
gatorincebu Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Fred, It looks to me to be a loose copy of a Cat! But you never know what with the lawyers and Cat getting their panities in a wad over licenseing! Be Well Gator
Guest Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) What make of machine is it? I run these for a livingI built mine about 7 or 8 years ago. At the time most guys believed it was a 320 or a 325 Cat, so I arbitrarily "called" it a 322. Edited May 2, 2015 by Modeltruckbuilder
Petetrucker07 Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 That looks awesome man. I need to finish the details on mine.
disabled modeler Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 I wish someone would do the old dragline from the 70s AMT brochure that never made it into production....the Garwood Garbage truck could be cool too.
kap64 Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 After a little bit of clicking, I think this is their current site. www.rmrmodels.com By the way, anyone know why I can't copy and paste into the forums?
