And you can't go wrong with good old Halfords paint lol Always loved this body style , one of the iconic early customs. As to Halfords paint, I have used it since... well forever really. But is there anyway to strip acrylics from plastic models? J
doomcrew Posted February 16, 2012 Author Posted February 16, 2012 if it's water based acrylic, a soak in good old oven cleaner. if it's it's the solvent type, sand blast or sand off. i'm sticking to Halfords from now on for my base colours. well i decided to crack on and get the merc done, so here it is. i will post more pics later. thanks for looking........on to the next project.
