I did this one a while ago, but since I am new here, I thought I would share. This is another club build from our club. This is a fun kit, and I thought I would have a little more fun with it. Just to be different, I swapped the motor out & replaced it with the front subframe and motor from a Beretta (kind of like a Fiero). This is the turbo option. Once I looked at, I realized this would actually move the center of gravity forward and could help handling. :D

Cool corvair. Nice to see something other than a small block swapped in, that thing would haul. My dad had a red 63? convt when I was very young, and I still remember cruising around in it almost 30 yrs later. The link is a bonus also.

Actually the Corvair Corsa hauled pretty well too! I had ours (a Corsa Fitch Sprint) up to 100 easy... Quicker off the line than a Corvette in many instances with only 155 h.p.!
