If any of our members are thinking about buying their first airbrush, there's a lot of helpful information on here.

Don, I noticed your reviews included several Badger airbrushes but only one Paasche. I'd be curious to see what you think of the Paasche VL.

I have 5 or six airbrushes. Paashe ,badger,Iwata etc. they are like cars to me,in that they all start, run, get you from point A to B . some do it better, some look prettier than others and may last longer.BUT they are ALL better than a ###### spray can,Even the Badger 350. That was an insightful tutorial you have and any chance you could mass produce those neat little airbrush holders. :D:wub:

That's a nice website Don. I have a badger 360 in my collection and have used it for years. Your write up on this brush was spot on. The only drawback is the small cup, other than that it's a great brush. I use it for all my smaller painting jobs.

Don, I'm curious as to why no products from Iwata are included in your reviews.

Hi Bill,

You might notice that the airbrushes I've purchased are not very expensive. The site is just a hobby, and I don't make any money from it. Most of the Badgers were samples. Ken Schlotfeldt, the president of Badger likes my reviews and offers them to me. But, I always state how I got the brush, and I give my honest opinions and observations. If any other company sent me samples, I would love to add them. I suspect Iwata would think my site is small potatoes and not be interested. Besides, it's pretty well known that Iwatas are good airbrushes and there are plenty reviews out there on them already.. I certainly don't need an Iwata with all the airbrushes I already have. And, it's hard for me to justify laying down a big chunk of cash just to do a review, even though I love doing them. I have just purchased a Paasche VL, partly because I got a break on the price, and I will soon be adding a review of it.

Thanks for asking.

Don
