Pat Cardz
Here's another one I built in 03, it was a nightmare too. I ruined the best paintjob I ever did(back then). After i did a just did a quick paint job and threw on the last set of decals I had. I lost one of the side pieces during the stripping. I often think about redoing this one, but I think its a good reminder to not give up on that "perfect" paint job. Here's a shot of the paint just before I messed it up. mikelo
It looks like a definate improvement. I like those cragars on that car. What kit are they from? It looks like you were missing that side piece before you stripped it.
Abell82
What kit is this, the Revell or the Mpc? Nice Job, it looks good!
RJWood
I think it looks great, I always find things that I should or should not have done to my models when I finish one. Its that drive for perfection that makes you feel that its not as you would have liked it to be. Hey nobody is going to win millions of dollars for the perfect model, and nobody is going to be shot for a glue bomb. just have fun with it. Every model completed is an accomplishment. KEEP ON BUILDING.
Daniel Peterson
Very nicely done. Sometimes we are our own worst critics. It's still a winner.
Jason Rothgeb
Pat, for what it's worth, they both look good. I do like that blue better, but the silver is still sharp. As for the tires on the silver car, why did you change them. I like the tires on the blue version better. They gave the car a burlier stance. Pat Cardz
Reason I changed the tires was i only have a couple sets of those slicks, I wasn't about to use them on something I wasn't happy with. Thx! This is the Revelle version. Can't remember where I got the cragars from, sry.
